Amazing!!! That's all I can say. I went to the location in Oak Ridge, TN on my lunch hour and spoke with Tony about getting my headlights replaced on my Ford Escape. They were able to do it within the hour and when I went to pay, Tony said that there was no charge and wished me a Merry Christmas. I was in shock because I have never had car service done with having to pay. It is wonderful and extremely, extremely rare that you walk out of a service business with not having to pay. Happy Holidays to you Tony and all that work at Service Street location!!!

Absolutely outstanding! My car broke down on a holiday so finding someone open was an issue. Patrick answered, was professional, kind and extremely efficient. I had my car towed there & Patrick called me once it arrived, called me with the quote not long after and even had a driver service come and pick me up and take me to the shop to pick up my car!! That was incredible!! I was fixed and back on the road within hours!! I recommend this company 100%. Thank you!
